This Privacy Policy explains how RW Labs ("RW Labs", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Colorbook mobile application and related websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular processing activity, we will seek that consent separately.

2. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use Colorbook, the features you enable, your device, and applicable legal requirements.
2.1 Account Information
When an account is created, we may process:
- Email address.
- Display name.
- Authentication identifiers.
- Account creation and update timestamps.
- Information necessary to maintain account security.
Authentication may be provided through Supabase Auth. Passwords are managed through the authentication system rather than stored by RW Labs in plain text.
2.2 Coloring and App Information
To provide Colorbook's features, we may process:
- Coloring-page progress.
- Completed artwork.
- Saved or favorited coloring pages.
- Achievements and progress.
- Coins, XP, rewards, or similar in-app values.
- Content unlocks and access status.
- Daily activity or usage information.
- Application preferences and settings.
2.3 Device and Technical Information
We may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, such as:
- Device type and operating system.
- Application version.
- Language or locale information.
- Basic diagnostic information.
- Error and crash information.
- Security and abuse-prevention information.
2.4 Push Notifications
If you or a parent/guardian permits push notifications, Colorbook may process a device or push-notification token and related platform information needed to deliver those notifications.
Notification permissions can generally be controlled through the device's operating-system settings.
2.5 Advertising Information
Colorbook may display advertising, including rewarded advertisements and, where appropriate, limited interstitial advertisements.
Where Google AdMob is used, the advertising SDK may process information necessary to provide advertising, prevent fraud, maintain security, and measure permitted advertising activity.
Where Colorbook is directed to children or child-directed advertising requirements apply, we seek to configure advertising according to applicable law, platform requirements, and advertising-provider requirements, including applicable restrictions on personalized advertising.
2.6 Support Communications
If you contact us, we may receive the email address, message contents, attachments, and other information you voluntarily provide.
We use this information to respond to your request, investigate issues, provide support, and maintain appropriate records.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Require
Colorbook's ordinary coloring functionality is not designed to require users to provide:
- Precise physical location.
- Contacts or address-book information.
- Home address.
- Telephone number.
- Government identification numbers.
- Financial account information.
- School information.
Users should avoid voluntarily submitting unnecessary sensitive information through support requests or other communication features.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information for the following purposes:
- Create, authenticate, and secure accounts.
- Save, synchronize, and restore coloring progress.
- Provide coloring pages, artwork tools, rewards, unlocks, and other requested features.
- Maintain favorites, achievements, preferences, and account settings.
- Provide optional push notifications.
- Deliver permitted advertising.
- Measure permitted advertising performance.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity.
- Diagnose crashes and technical problems.
- Maintain and improve security, performance, and reliability.
- Respond to customer-support requests.
- Communicate important information concerning the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Enforce our Terms of Service and protect our legal rights.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on the user's jurisdiction and the circumstances of processing, we may process personal information on one or more of the following legal bases:

6. Children's Privacy
Colorbook is designed for families and may be used by children. We take additional precautions when children's privacy requirements apply.
We seek to minimize the collection of children's personal information and do not knowingly use children's personal information for behavioral or interest-based advertising.
Where required, parental or guardian consent may be necessary before certain information is collected or processed.

7. Advertising and Rewarded Ads
Colorbook may use advertising as part of its business model. Advertisements may include rewarded advertisements, where a user voluntarily watches an advertisement in exchange for an in-app reward.
Rewarded advertising is intended to be optional and is not intended to require children to provide unnecessary personal information or make a purchase to use the core coloring functionality.
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, advertising may use non-personalized or otherwise restricted treatment.
Advertising providers may independently process certain technical, device, or advertising-related information under their applicable policies and according to the configuration implemented in Colorbook.
8. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information as a business practice. We may disclose limited information to the following categories of recipients where reasonably necessary:
8.1 Technology and Infrastructure Providers
We may use service providers to host, store, authenticate, secure, and operate the Service.
8.2 Supabase
Supabase may provide authentication, database, and backend infrastructure used by Colorbook.
8.3 Google AdMob
Google AdMob may provide advertising services, including rewarded advertising, where enabled. Advertising-related processing is subject to applicable configuration, platform requirements, and Google's applicable policies.
8.4 Firebase
Where enabled, Firebase services may support functions such as push notifications and crash or diagnostic reporting.
Only Firebase services actually implemented in the applicable version of Colorbook should be considered covered by this disclosure.
8.5 Other Service Providers
We may use vendors providing services such as:
- Cloud hosting.
- Email delivery.
- Customer support.
- Security and fraud prevention.
- Application monitoring.
- Technical maintenance.
Where appropriate, these providers process information on our behalf and are expected to use it only for authorized purposes.
8.6 Legal and Business Transactions
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations.
Different categories of information may have different retention periods. When information is no longer required, we seek to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements.

Where account functionality is available, users may initiate account deletion through the application's account settings.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to delete applicable personal information, subject to information that we are required or legally permitted to retain.
Information stored in backups may remain for a limited period until the backup is overwritten or securely deleted.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These safeguards may include access controls, authentication protections, secure network connections, infrastructure security, and other measures appropriate to the nature of the information and Service.
No internet transmission, application, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International Data Processing
Because Colorbook may use third-party infrastructure and service providers located in different countries, personal information may be processed outside the country in which the user resides.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we seek to implement appropriate mechanisms or protections required by that law.
13. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to:
- Request access to personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of personal information.
- Request restriction of certain processing.
- Object to certain processing.
- Request portability of certain information.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You may also control certain app permissions, including notifications, through your device settings.
Rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
14. Children's and Parental Privacy Rights
Parents and legal guardians may have additional rights concerning information collected from their children.
Where applicable, a parent or guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child's personal information, or request that further collection or use stop.

15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may interact with third-party services or contain links to third-party websites.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control the privacy practices of third parties and encourage users and parents to review the applicable policies before using those services.
16. User-Generated Artwork and External Sharing
Colorbook may allow users to create, save, export, or share coloring artwork.
If artwork is shared outside Colorbook through a device's sharing features, messaging applications, social-media platforms, cloud-storage services, or other third-party services, the information may become subject to those third parties' policies and controls.
Parents and guardians should supervise external sharing of children's content where appropriate.
17. Do Not Track and Similar Signals
Some browsers and devices provide privacy signals or "Do Not Track" settings. Because there is no universally consistent technical standard for responding to all such signals, our response may vary depending on the platform, service, and applicable legal requirements.
18. Children's Advertising and Tracking
Where Colorbook is directed to children or child-directed requirements apply, we seek to restrict advertising and tracking practices as required by applicable law, app-store rules, and advertising-provider policies.
We do not knowingly use children's personal information to build behavioral advertising profiles.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Service, technology, third-party providers, data practices, or legal obligations change.
When we update the Policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before implementing material changes.
The revised Policy applies to future use of the Service after it becomes effective, subject to applicable law.
