These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and RW Labs ("RW Labs," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Colorbook mobile application and any related websites, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Eligibility and Family Use
You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement, permission, or supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the Service, including account creation, device access, and any sharing of content outside the Service.
Where applicable law requires verifiable parental consent before certain personal information is collected from a child, RW Labs will use the processes described in its applicable children's privacy documentation.
2. The Colorbook Service
Colorbook provides digital coloring pages, creative tools, coloring experiences, progress tracking, achievements, rewards, notifications, and related features.
Features may vary by device, operating system, geographic location, account status, or other operational factors.
We may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service when reasonably necessary for product development, maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or other legitimate operational purposes.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of material changes to important features.
3. Accounts
Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide information that is accurate and not misleading and to keep your account information reasonably current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials associated with your account and for activity occurring through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise or the activity results from our failure to maintain reasonable security measures.
You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner that does not interfere with other users or the operation of the Service.
You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service without authorization.
- Bypass authentication, access controls, advertisements, unlock requirements, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
- Use bots, automation, exploits, scripts, or fraudulent methods to obtain rewards, progress, content, or other benefits.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's account, data, systems, or networks.
- Introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harmful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited material.
- Use the Service to violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, availability, or operation of the Service.
- Use the Service or its content to develop or operate a substantially similar competing service without our permission.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, authority, or relationship with another person or organization.
5. Artwork and User Content
Colorbook may allow you to create, save, modify, and, where supported, share digital artwork or other content ("User Content").
You retain ownership of original User Content that you create, subject to any rights belonging to third parties whose materials may be included in that content.
You grant RW Labs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and technically transmit your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service.
This license does not give RW Labs ownership of your original artwork. It ends when the relevant User Content is deleted, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate operational purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you create or share does not violate applicable law or another person's rights.
6. Colorbook Intellectual Property
The Service and its underlying technology, software, user interface, branding, logos, trademarks, text, illustrations, coloring pages, graphics, audio, animations, and other materials provided by RW Labs or its licensors are owned by or licensed to RW Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RW Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended personal purposes.
You may not commercially exploit, reproduce, redistribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from RW Labs content without prior written authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
7. Digital Rewards and Virtual Items
Colorbook may provide digital rewards or progression features such as coins, points, XP, levels, achievements, unlocks, badges, or similar digital items.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these items:
- Have no cash or monetary value.
- Do not constitute currency, property, or a financial asset.
- Cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- May be limited, modified, corrected, or removed when reasonably necessary.
- Do not create a vested right to continued access to a particular feature.
We may adjust or reset digital rewards where reasonably necessary to correct errors, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain game integrity, or operate the Service.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Advertising and Rewarded Ads
Colorbook may be supported by advertising, including optional rewarded advertisements that may provide access to certain additional features, content, or rewards.
Advertising practices may vary depending on the user's age category, jurisdiction, platform requirements, and applicable advertising configuration.
Where Colorbook is configured for child-directed experiences, advertising and related SDK settings are intended to follow the applicable requirements for children and families.
Advertising providers are independent third parties and may process information according to their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Rewarded advertisements are optional unless a particular feature explicitly states otherwise. We do not guarantee that a particular advertisement, reward, advertiser, or advertising inventory will always be available.
9. Third-Party Services and App Stores
The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, notification services, crash-reporting tools, analytics services, advertising providers, and mobile application platforms.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of a third-party service may therefore be subject to additional terms imposed by that provider.
If you download Colorbook through an app store such as Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of that store is also subject to the store's applicable terms and policies.
10. Service Availability and Updates
We aim to keep Colorbook available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at every time or in every location.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, infrastructure failures, security events, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security, or functionality. Some features may not function correctly if you do not install required updates.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the extent permitted by law, RW Labs disclaims warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RW Labs and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or digital items arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud or other circumstances where such limitation is prohibited by law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RW Labs and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your material violation of these Terms.
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service.
- Your User Content where it violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Your violation of another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
This section does not apply to the extent that a claim results from RW Labs' own unlawful conduct or from circumstances where applicable law prohibits such indemnification.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Where account deletion functionality is available, you may request deletion of your account through the applicable in-app controls or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or circumstances that materially threaten the Service or its users.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before suspension or termination, except where immediate action is necessary for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Termination does not automatically eliminate rights or obligations that by their nature should continue, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related matters.
15. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific privacy notice regarding the handling of personal information, the applicable privacy notice will govern that particular privacy matter to the extent required by law.
16. Children's Privacy
Colorbook may be used by children and families. We take children's privacy seriously and apply additional safeguards where required by applicable law.
Our children's privacy practices, including information about parental rights, consent where required, information collection, deletion, and advertising practices, are described in our dedicated children's privacy documentation.
Parents and legal guardians who have questions regarding a child's information may contact us using the details provided below.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations.
When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where required by applicable law, provide additional notice.
Where applicable law requires your express acceptance of revised Terms, we will request that acceptance through an appropriate mechanism.
Otherwise, continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to RW Labs and its place of operation, except to the extent that mandatory consumer, privacy, child-protection, or other laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights or bringing a claim in a forum where applicable law gives that consumer the right to do so.
If you have a dispute or concern regarding the Service, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
20. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies or terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and RW Labs concerning your use of the Service, except where additional terms expressly apply to a particular feature.
